Indigo's story
With flowers and plants, you give em sunshine and water and watch em grow. But I'm a kitty cat girl named Indigo. I'm one of six kittens born to my momma Dahlia just before she got to her foster home. All of us kitties spent our first couple months there, and now we've grown enough to go to our own homes. I am a pretty black kitten and the most skittish of the litter. Even at two days old, I was quick to hiss and squirm away when my foster mom came into the room. I allow myself to be picked up and petted, but sometimes I'm not easy to catch. At times, I'm alarmed by loud noises, but once I am comfortable in your arms, I am generally a sweet thing. Maybe that's because the Indigo is a member of the pea family. That means when you adopt me, I'll be your sweet pea forever more!
