 Business Development Manager Position
As a business development manager, your main responsibility will be recruiting and managing a network of businesses in your area. As the only manager assigned to your region, there will be great potential for developing and maintaining these lucrative relationships within these businesses.
Competitive pay based off a high commission structure
Quarterly incentives and bonuses
First year average earnings: $150K+
You will be required to schedule weekly appointments with our business partners while also managing and providing support to your network area. Some experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not a requirement. We will provide all training and support.
 
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work and communicate well independently and will be dedicated to working hard and achieving goals. The following are candidate requirements:
Reliable form of transportation
Laptop
Life insurance license (details will be provided if you do not have one currently), however, you will NOT be selling insurance.
