Searching for a Senior Sales Executive to be responsible for generating new business and opening new markets, as well as playing a key leadership role in the company as you drive strategic enterprise-wide sales incentive initiatives for companies across multiple verticals. You should have a proven track record of exceeding quota in technology sales and be a motivated and tenacious self-starter who is comfortable selling to Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and other C-level executives.

Outstanding candidates will possess the following skills & experience:
A Bachelors degree
10+ years of proven successful sales experience within the sales incentive industry or software solution sales
Ideally, you will have proven experience in consultative selling to VPs across multiple departments
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of company) in past positions
Enterprise solution selling with large Fortune 500 customers
Strategic thinker
A well-connected, high-level relationship builder
Ability to work under pressure in meeting company and organization goals/deadlines
Ability to speak, write, and present information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that is tailored to multiple audiences. Demonstrates strong active listening skills.
Flourishes in both individual and team environment, keeping the objectives of the team front and center.
Strong computer skills and a ninja like proficiency in Saleforce.com an asset.
Aptitude for learning and professional development
Ability to travel 50%
 
Candidates can reside in Illinois or Minnesota
